EXCLUSIVE: With nearly two decades of expertise in unscripted and digital programming across major networks and production companies, veteran producer and development executive Arielle Worona has launched a 360-degree agency called Aliza Media.
Worona’s shingle is designed to support brands, talent, and media companies in becoming creators in their own right through optimized original content and social media marketing across their social platforms and beyond. Aliza Media will offer a comprehensive suite of services, including social media management, original content production, influencer campaigns, podcasting, and strategic marketing.
The agency also offers creative services for film and television such as casting, pitch decks and sizzle and presentation reel production, as well as development, production and post production for both long and short-form original series, live-streams, and behind-the-scenes content.
Aliza clients include Paris Hilton’s 11:11 Media, The Allison Hagendorf Show (a video-first YouTube talk show also offered as a podcast), record label and publishing company Nice Life Recording, digital talent management company We Are Verified and live video provider AMV Digital Media, as well as Orly Color Labs, Orly Beauty, Revelation Beauty, AIM Events and SoCal Breathe Free.

Worona has experience as both a buyer (TLC, ABC Daytime, etc.) and a seller (ITV Studios, 44 Blue, AwesomenessTV, Keshet, Studio Ramsay, Studio71, etc.) of original content. She has developed and sold numerous traditional and digital series and has overseen and scaled the social media presence for such brands as Amazon, AwesomenessTV’s Awestruck Network, Disney, Meta, and TikTok’s CapCut.
