Rumor has it that Ghost Rider could be returning to the Marvel Cinematic Universe in Avengers: Doomsday!
The upcoming ensemble Marvel movie is currently in production with several stars reprising their roles.
If you didn’t know, the character has already made an outing within the MCU in the TV series Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and he was played by none other than Gabriel Luna.
In a new interview with Men’s Health, Gabriel was asked if he would ever return to the role.

“From our lips to the movie gods’ ears. I’m always open to it—I love that character. I took great pride and joy in being the steward of the Ghost Rider legacy,” Gabriel told the outlet. “I had put that to bed a few years ago, but with the way things are kind of reforming, anything is possible. All I can do is continue to do my job and keep my body where it needs to be.”
“Should I get that call, there wouldn’t have to be a ‘studio pump’ to get me ready,” he added.
A few years ago, after many rumors of joining the MCU in various roles, Ryan Gosling expressed interest in playing Ghost Rider, and Marvel boss Kevin Feige even had a response to his interest!
Now, there have been several rumors that Ryan could be playing the character in Avengers: Doomsday. There is currently no official word on Ghost Rider appearing in the upcoming movie, but stay tuned to Just Jared as we bring all the details as they’re revealed!
